1997 STEPHANE MANGA is requested in France to tour and In 1997, STEPHANE MANGA was sought after in France to accompany artists such as Roy Robi, a member and lead singer of the legendary group "Platters," Mike Stern, Cheick Tidiane Seck, Dany Brown, Mario Canonge, Louis Winsberg, Paco Sery, Francis Lassus, Louis Moutin, Alain Galliot, Lokua Kanza, etc., on tours and in studios.

On March 15, 2024: a new album by Stéphane Manga titled "Mangassiko" featuring Mario Canonge, Leonardo Montana, Thierry Vaton on piano, Baptiste Herbin, Irving Acao, Samuel Maingaud, Nicolas Gueret on sax, Arnaud Dolmen, Luc Isennmann on drums, Philippe Slominski on trumpet, Michael Joussein on trombone, Stephane Guery, Greg Emoney on guitar, Stephane Manga on bass, vocals, and arrangements. Featuring American singer Denise King on the track "Seven."

In 2005, Stephane Manga paid tribute to King Douala Manga Bell through an Afro-sala jazz ballad titled "Tet'ekombo" with the participation of Manu Dibango and Prince René Bell.

In 2020, after the death of Manu Dibango, Stephane Manga also paid tribute to him through a soul Afro-jazz ballad titled "Manu forever" with the participation of several Afro-Caribbean artists such as Cheick Tidiane Seck, Nestor Azerot, Charlotte Dipanda, Georges Seba, Esa, etc.

In 2009, he released his first solo album "Massoma," reflecting his roots and musical journey on a backdrop of jazz, Afro, and Latino music. Featuring Vicelow, the main rapper of the group Saian Supa Crew, and Chérif Mbaw, a Senegalese singer based in Paris.

 

2013: Album No limit

Stephane Manga masterfully leads us into an alchemical universe with jazz, Afro, and Latino rhythms. Guest appearance by Mike Stern on the track "Kool groove" recorded in the USA.

2017: Album Muna

An album entirely recorded live at Studio du Regard and mixed at Studio Marcadet (album with Jazz, fusion, Rock, world music influences) featuring musicians such as Mario Canonge on piano, Baptiste Herbin on sax, Francesco Marzetti & Arnaud Dolmen on drums. Guest appearance by Emmanuel Djob (from The Voice) on the track "ITABA."
